It does when you are struggling to remove persistent cat and dog urine. However this is the most prevalent ploy used by the flim flam artists to fool you into purchasing their products. You would be well advised to concentrate on the efficacy of the cleaning products you are considering. Not being vigilant and falling for this age old deception will result in you purchasing a gallon or two of worthless watered down products. Do you want to purchase a gallon of water or a bottle of muscle? Remember it’s not how big the bottle is that counts. It’s how much fight is in that bottle.
